How we price our products

We don't publish a price list. We quote Kalytera VMS from the details of your project. Kalytera Cloud Live is free, and we quote the paid Cloud packages after a pilot. Kalytera Tools have free editions, and we quote Pro licenses on request.

Kalytera VMS

Quoted per project

Kalytera VMS runs on your own Windows or Linux servers, and we deliver it as part of each project. The quote is based on:

  • The number of cameras you connect
  • The servers: a single server, or a management server with several Site Nodes
  • Any installation, commissioning or integration work you want from us
  • The support terms you want in the contract

Kalytera Cloud

Live is free; paid packages start with a pilot

We host and run Kalytera Cloud in three packages:

  • Live, free: live view of one site with up to eight cameras
  • Verify adds video evidence, incident portals and API, and delivery to a monitoring station
  • Verify + VMS adds cloud recording, retained playback and timeline, retention and export
  • Analytics, panel and email alarms, the Bridge Agent and image integrity checks are optional add-ons on the paid packages
  • We quote the paid packages after a pilot on your own cameras, from the cameras, recording, retention and add-ons you choose

Kalytera Tools

Free editions, Pro licenses quoted

Site Designer, Device Manager and DC-09 Studio each have a free edition, which you can download once we have approved your Kalytera account. We quote the paid editions:

  • Site Designer Pro removes the 5-camera limit and adds your own branding, templates and camera-catalog import
  • Device Manager Pro adds bulk time sync and reboot, inventory export, diagnostics and PDF site-survey reports
  • DC-09 Studio Standard adds simulators and behavior checks; Pro adds fault injection and PDF reports

Frequently asked questions

Because the cost depends on the project: the number of cameras and servers, how long recordings are kept and the work involved. We would rather quote your case than publish figures that don't fit it.

Yes. Request a demo and we will show you Kalytera VMS running. It is delivered with each project, so there is no public download or trial version.

We connect some of your cameras to Kalytera Cloud so you can check live video, alarms and, with Verify + VMS, recording and playback on your own sites. Afterwards we quote Verify or Verify + VMS from the cameras, recording mode, stream profile, retention, storage and add-ons you need.

The free edition of Site Designer plans up to 5 cameras per project and exports with Kalytera branding. The free edition of Device Manager finds ONVIF cameras, checks their streams and clocks, and edits camera settings. The free edition of DC-09 Studio is the analyzer, and a 14-day trial opens everything else.

Support terms are agreed in each contract, and the quote states what they cover. The guides and the support request form are open to everyone.

The number of cameras and sites, the camera brands if you know them, how long recordings must be kept and anything the system has to connect to, such as alarm panels or an alarm receiving center.
