Compatibility requirements

  • Use the package matching the camera's AXIS OS lane: 11.10 or 12.11.
  • ARTPEC-6 or newer: armv7hf for compatible ARTPEC-6/7 or i.MX6 devices; aarch64 for compatible ARTPEC-8/9 or CV25 devices.
  • Legacy MIPS cameras are not supported.

Controlled lab installation

Confirm the camera model, AXIS OS lane, and architecture first. In the camera's Apps settings, add the matching package and keep unsigned-app permission limited to the evaluation device.

Installation

Quick Start

  1. Download the Windows installer (MSI)
  2. Run as Administrator
  3. Follow the installation wizard
  4. Kalytera installs as a Windows Service and starts automatically
  5. Access at http://localhost:5099

  1. Download the .deb package (Ubuntu 20.04/22.04, Debian 11+)
  2. Run the installer (see the installation guide for commands)
  3. Kalytera registers as a systemd service and starts automatically
  4. Open http://localhost:5099 in your browser
