Camera connection methods

Choose the connection that fits the site. RTMP push and the Bridge Agent can avoid exposing inbound camera ports; direct RTSP pull requires a cloud-reachable endpoint.

  • RTMP push — use the portal-generated details with a compatible camera, encoder, or NVR
  • RTSP pull — fetch a stream from an endpoint reachable by the cloud service
  • Bridge Agent — relay LAN-only cameras and discover ONVIF devices on site
  • Per-camera stream keys, rotatable at any time

Turn motion, object, zone, and line events into alarms with severity, cooldown, email, webhooks, snapshots, and verification clips when footage is available.

Clip export

Request a time-range export and download a shareable MP4 once the job completes.
